モダンデラックスはヴィンテージマーティンサウンドを現代の技術で再現するシリーズです。
TOPにはシトカスプルースwith VINTAGE TONE SYSTEM(R)（VTS）、天然系の接着剤（ナチュラルプロテイングルー）を使用し、外観は、ヨーロピアンフレイムメイプルバインディング（ボディ、指板、ヘッドプレート）、スタイリッシュなゴールドフレット、ゴールドのオープンギアチューナー、ヘッドストックには1930年代スタイルのスクリプトロゴをパールにてデザインされています。
レッドドットのLiquidmetal(R)ブリッジピンと、カーボンファイバーブリッジプレートが弦振動を損なうことなく楽器全体で響かせます。
そして、ヴィンテージマーティンからプロファイリングされた非対称のネック形状が握りこんだ手にしっかりとフィットします。
